Room Set Up for Audio / Visual

How seating is arranged, the quality of the sound system, intensity of the lighting and the general comfort level of the room  can all have a major impact on the success of the presentation. For these reasons, Captain “T” prefers the following arrangements. We realize, however that room and audience size and other considerations may affect requirements. Rest assured that we are flexible and always willing to work with our clients to produce the best overall results.

• Semicircular seating
• Rooms lights bright. Stage or front area bright except on projection screen(s).
• Excellent quality sound system with both a wireless lapel and hand held microphone.
• Projection screen and data projector system for a power point presentation.
